Naval Training School (NTS)

Naval Training School was established on 22 November 2009 to train the Naval Junior Ratings.

The NTS was officially commissioned by His Excellence Dr. Hage Geingob, the President of the Republic of Namibia and the Commander-In-Chief of the Namibian Defence Force on 22 July 2016.

The NTS has two training wings namely:

1. Sailors Training Wing

2. Marine Training Wing

It offers:

• Basic Seamanship

• Specialization

• Section Commander Courses
