MISSION
To equip members of the Namibian Army with technical skills to repair and maintain army equipment, system and installations.
VISION
To be the provider of quality technical education and skills required to keep the army material and equipment serviceable.
TRAINEES INCENTIVE AFTER GRADUATION
Promotion to the next rank (As endorsed by the then Minister of Defence Hon. Nahas Angula during the inauguration of the Centre in February 2015).
REQUIREMENTS FOR ADDMISSION
I. Any member of the Namibian Defence Force with the rank of Cpl and below.
II. Grade 12 with a pass in Mathematics, Physical Science and English.
III. Age 18-35
IV. Pass entry test for admission.
